Recently, to further advance the construction of the integrity culture and solidify the ideological foundation for ethical professional conduct, the Audit and Supervision Center, in collaboration with the Safety & Environmental Protection Department of the New Materials Industry Group's Guangxi Production Support Center, Huayou Nonferrous Metals (Tongxiang) Company, and Huayou Logistics Services Company, has conducted specialized case-based warning education trainings. These sessions, closely tailored to specific job roles, aim to integrate integrity principles into all aspects of production and operation.

 

Customized Integrity Training Focused on Job-Specific Risks

The Audit and Supervision Center, based on the business characteristics of each unit, anchored the matching of risk points, cases, and training content. The approach of "using one training session to warn against one type of problem" enhances the targeting of integrity education.

Guangxi Production Support Center S&E Department Training: Focused on critical areas like hazardous waste disposal and security, it highlighted typical cases involving the mishandling of scrap materials, unauthorized approvals, and internal theft. This allowed employees to directly understand how "every oversight could become a vulnerability in integrity."

Huayou Nonferrous Metals (Tongxiang) Company Training: Addressing high-frequency risk points such as material custody, hazardous waste disposal, and accepting improper benefits, it conducted case-based warning education. This reinforced the deterrent effect that "violations will inevitably be investigated," boosting everyone's awareness of integrity and compliance.

Huayou Logistics Services Company Training: Centering on business areas like material procurement, catering support, and security, it presented cases of violations. This enabled employees to intuitively grasp "what the risks are, what the cases look like, and where the red lines are," effectively enhancing the penetrating power of the integrity education.

Building Long-Term Foundations to Implement Integrity Education
